Says Hagins For Rock City BLOGGING 2011; "22ND STREET" Of course was originally recorded along with Red Head Bassist Rick "Ted" Carmody in 1991 along with Music Producer Andrew  Houston  ,..and the results "back then" were astonishing; "The opening guitar shit is admittedly incredible" Says Hagins as he speaks of 22ND STREETS ICONIC Guitar effects laiden intro ,..which leads then into one hell of a song that describes the plights of "Maury" the Lead character from THE ROCK OPERA WHITE SUBURBAN LIARS which was intended to be a Frank Zappa style "Triple Album" from Hagins and Carmody but lack of funds and other budgetary matters shelved most of the South Bay ( REDONDO BEACH CALIFORNIA ) project ,.."Away for a rainy day" Says Hagins "We ended up recording just 8 songs"
